Midnight Robin was founded in 2017 by Tray Robinson, after his first experience on a film set. After seeing some of Tray's work as a Cosplayer, he was invited onto the set of '...And Beyond' (2018) as an assistant to the Art Department. While Tray had been a cosplayer since 2011, his love for the arts has lasted his entire life. 

In Spring of 2018, Tray obtained his Bachelors degree in Communication, with a Minor in Media Production, and a Certificate in Cinema and Digital Media.

Thanks to the training that Boise State University provided, Tray is well practiced in: Directing, Producing, Script Writing, Art Directing, Audio, Video, & Photo Editing, Audio Mixing, Distribution, and Graphic Design.

Over the years, Tray has won several art awards, multiple cosplay competitions, and two awards in film. Additionally, Midnight Robin has worked on Award winning films, such as: 'The Boy I Left Behind' (2019), '2:59' (2019), and 'The Day Hope Died' (2020),
